Functions and characteristics:
 
  1. This machine is suitable for the films of HDPE,LDPE and PP to manufacture under seal bag or vest-like bag.
  2. It is equipped with  servomotor controlling system,computer control,and PLC displayer,so its opertation is direct and convenient.The main motor adopts imported converter to adjust the speed and can feed the material automatically,which ensures stable bag making and accurate sealing and cutting.
  3. It adopts dual-working-position seal,so it features in convenient adjustment and firm and stable seal.It adopts high-precision temperature controller to control the temperature automatically,which enables the film in different thickness to have a firm and beautiful seal line.
  4. It has automatic counting device,when it reaches the number of setting bag,it will automatically alarm,and then automatic control of stop and start up of the machine.
  5. It has six sets of independent material feeding mechanisms,and the photoelectrical system control the DC speed regulation,which can ensures a smooth and stable feeding.
  6. It is equipped with bag-scalding and static-removal device,and the bag-conveyance-belt mechanism,so it is easy to collect and pile up plastic ba.
  7. This machine features in simple operation,high speed,and stable product quality,so it is the first-selected equipment for manufacturing the food bag and vestlike bag.
