Funtion And Characteries:   
This machine is mainly used to from PP/ PS/PET/PVC sheet into various kinds of disposable plastic cups, boxes ,containers ,plates and etc.Just change the mould, we can make different products on one machine.
 
Main Features:
1) The stretching of plug inside of the upper mould is controlled by air cylinder
2) The sheet feeding is driven by pin chain. The pin chain is controlled by normal motor
3) It adopts two pillars to fix the mould.
4) The up mould is fixed and the down mould movement is driven by hydraulic systerm.
5) Temperature controller module controls each temperature area.
6) It can finish production at one time through sheet feeding, heating, stretching, forming and in-mould cutting.
7) The machine frame is channel steel.
